Congressman John Dingell (MI-15), senior Democrat on the House Energy and Commerce Committee, delivered the Democratic Radio Address this week. In his address, Congressman Dingell offered a Democratic plan to lower the price that Americans pay at the gas pump and reduce the cost of home heating oil. He also denounced the Bush Administration and the Republican-controlled Congress for providing a financial windfall to big oil companies while failing to fund energy assistance programs for vulnerable consumers.
