I don’t know, I would like to know what happened to the ’strong’ democrats like Harry S Truman. Democrats that believed in protecting America from foreign threats, Democrats that actually had a set of big old brass b^lls…
How did they get so namby pamby, touchy feely, I don’t want to hurt anyones feelings kind of party…?
Hopefully the presidency will be more successful than Carter’s was, but regardless of what the Republicans say, we as Democrats are very much united on the issues. The Republicans are trying to re-define themselves as a party. At least we agree on what direction we want take the country. We may have passionate differences on our choices between Hillary and Obama, but on the issues, we are a united party.
The Democrats will control both houses heavily in their favor but the president will be a Republican, that is if Obama is the nominee. I am an independent and if the born muslim is the nominee, I am voting Republican.
If you have any sense, I mean not a silly liberal, you had better hope and pray not.
“Carter dynasty”? He lasted 4 years and then was trounced by Reagan. Hardly a dynasty…
